We also have a 45-day return policy for the SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3), SOUNDBOKS Go, and SOUNDBOKS 4, and a 30-day return policy for accessories. How long does it take to recharge THE BATTERY with THE CHARGER?
A full recharge only takes 2 hours.

Do I receive THE CHARGER when purchasing a SOUNDBOKS or THE BATTERY?
No. Due to the EU Radio Equipment Directive, THE CHARGER is not included when purchasing a SOUNDBOKS.

Can I use my own USB-C charger to charge THE BATTERY?
For sure, but it might take a bit longer. Depending on the wattage, it can take up to 18 hours to fully charge THE BATTERY.
