To request a product return, please fill out the return form below.

- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for return.

- Print off your pre-paid postage label and drop off at your nearest drop-off point.

- Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our return policy for all our products allows for returns for up to 45 days. Try your SOUNDBOKS at 11, and if you aren’t completely satisfied you can always return it.

Please return all SOUNDBOKS products in original packaging. SOUNDBOKS does not cover product damages and any extra cost associated with transportation if the product is not returned in original SOUNDBOKS packaging.

The return will be completely free: No shipping fees and no restocking fees. Your original form of payment will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply*. If there are any functional issues with the SOUNDBOKS, you will receive a full refund.

For returns of bundles, all bundle products must be received back to receive a full refund. For any missing items (Battery, Backpack, etc), the value of the missing item will be deducted from the refund.

If any items are missing from the box, you will be charged the full retail price for the missing items.

*Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of speakers that have been modified in anyway (including adding stickers, or customizing the grill) or that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear. In order for a full refund to be granted, all items need to be returned (SOUNDBOKS, BATTERYBOKS, Charger, including promotional items)

SOUNDBOKS light cosmectric scratches, small dent marks, but all mechanical components are fully functional large dents or scratches visible on wood, metal or grill damage. or visible exterior deterioration due to beer stains, sand, environmental exposure etc. on wood, metal or grill damage. or visible exterior deterioration due to beer stains, sand, environmental exposure etc.modifications of any kind: customizations, spray paint, stickers, etc.

If you have purchased any SOUNDBOKS Accessories a 30 day return policy applies, and all items need to be returned in their original packaging in pristine condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of items not in new condition. Shipping cost will apply for all accessory returns.

Two-year limited warranty

Warranty

The SOUNDBOKS is covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by SOUNDBOKS ApS. The warranty is issued to the customer who buys a new SOUNDBOKS directly from SOUNDBOKS ApS. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any SOUNDBOKS bought by official retailers has its own warranty issued by this external retailer.

SOUNDBOKS warrants to the customer that the device will under normal use function substantially in accordance with SOUNDBOKS' technical specifications or accompanying product documentation for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase.

The limited 2 year warranty will be voided if the purchaser rents a SOUNDBOKS product to a third party user and damages are incurred during third party use.

Repair

The two-year limited consumer warranty starts from the day the Consumer receives the SOUNDBOKS. This warranty only covers repairs that need to be performed due to manufacturing errors and/or damage occurred during transport. SOUNDBOKS does not cover repairs needed due to hazardous use or excessive handling of the SOUNDBOKS by the customer.
