We have a two-year (+1 when you register your speaker) warranty in the event of a technical malfunction, and we’ll repair or exchange the product free of charge within your term. We also have a 45-day return policy for the SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3), SOUNDBOKS Go, and SOUNDBOKS 4, and a 30-day return policy for accessories. Does SOUNDBOKS create custom grills?
Not yet! We offer the SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) grille in a few different colors including Orange, White and Black.

Will this grille fit all SOUNDBOKS speakers?
No :( These grills are only available for the SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3).

What is powder coating anyway?
Powder coating is a finish applied to every grille color for increased damage protection.

How do I change my grille?
When you receive the SOUNDBOKS, an Allen key will be included in the box. With this, you can easily remove the grille by unscrewing all the screws and carefully detaching the grille from the cabinet.
