30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If your package is damaged upon delivery, make a claim with the delivery person and inform us immediately. After delivery, if there’s something wrong with your product, please notify us about it immediately otherwise, you will be charged for these damages if you return the product. To be eligible for a full refund, we require that the item and all accessories provided are in their original condition and packaging. Remember that you have to cover the shipping costs upon return of the item. Sadly, the shipping fees are not refundable. Read more about our Refund Policy here.
2 Year Warranty
The item is covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by SOUNDBOKS Inc. The warranty is issued to the customer who buys a new item directly from SOUNDBOKS Inc. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any item bought from official retailers have their warranty issued by the respective retailer. SOUNDBOKS Inc. warrants to the customer that the device will, under normal use, function substantially in accordance with SOUNDBOKS Inc. technical specifications or accompanying product documentation for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase. Ultimately, we don’t offer warranty for customer induced damage. Lastly, this warranty doesn’t cover customer induced damage. Therefore, we don't offer repairs in those situations.
Payment options and billing
All Prices are displayed in USD ($). We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Once your order has been accepted, a reservation will be made on your card for the purchase. Please note, that we won’t charge you before your order has been packed and booked for distribution.
USA and Canada
We have 4 - 6 business days delivery via FedEx to the United States, and Canada. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your order online on their website. Please note that our shipping company, FedEx, has been instructed not to leave any packages at the customer's door. They can complete the delivery only if they get a signature. If no one is home, they will contact you and arrange a new delivery time with you.
Continental USA and Canada
We offer free shipping for continental USA and Canada (ex. the BACKPACK and the EXPLORER PACK in Canada).
Hawaii and Alaska
Due to higher prices by FedEx, we can’t offer free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. The prices for shipments are CHARGER ($20), SOUNDBOKS ($100), BACKPACK ($50), and EXPLORER PACK ($150).
Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship an individual BATTERYBOKS to Hawaii or Alaska. If you want to buy an extra battery you can purchase the Power Pack which includes 2 x BATTERYBOKS 2's with your SOUNDBOKS 2.
Due to higher prices by FedEX we can’t offer free shipping for the BACKPACK or the EXPLORER PACK in Canada. The prices for shipments are BACKPACK ($25) and EXPLORER PACK ($25).
Why do you not ship to my country?
We are currently shipping to all countries of the EU, Israel, USA, and Canada. If you would like to have your SOUNDBOKS shipped to a location we are currently not shipping to; you may use the service of a forwarder. Please bear in mind that we can only provide free repair service for the countries we are serving. If you are planning to order 5 or more SOUNDBOKS, please contact our support through emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can arrange a special delivery to your destination.
Import duties and VAT
All of the products on our USA, CAN webshop are sold without sales tax.
Our Canadian customers will be charged separately for import duties and taxes as your order passes through your local customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
SOUNDBOKS has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
