What is your refund policy?

SOUNDBOKS offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you wish to return your SOUNDBOKS, please make sure to send it back in its original condition and include all of the items shipped to you (SOUNDBOKS, charger, batteries, AUX-Cable, user manual). Please note the SOUNDBOKS must be shipped back in the original box, otherwise the product cannot be fully refunded. If the SOUNDBOKS has any marks, dirty spots, scratches, or other visual damage, the refund cannot be granted. If you received any free accessories as a part of a promotional campaign, you are required to send all of them back in order to receive the refund.


Scratch Price

If we discover any signs of scratches, marks, or visual damage upon the return of your item, we will deduct a minimum of 25% of the order amount.


How do I request a refund?

In order for us to proceed with the refund as soon as possible, please send an email to info@soundboks.com where our team will guide you through the process.


How do I cancel my order?

You can submit a request to cancel your order within 24 hours. Please note that your request may not be approved if your order has already been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support at info@soundboks.com. If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an e-mail notification when the order has been shipped.


When will my credit appear on my credit card?

Your refund credit will appear on your card approximately 7-10 business days after the cancellation.


Two-year limited warranty


Warranty

The SOUNDBOKS is covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by SOUNDBOKS ApS. The warranty is issued to the customer who buys a new SOUNDBOKS directly from SOUNDBOKS ApS. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any SOUNDBOKS bought by official retailers have their own warranty issued by this external retailer.
SOUNDBOKS warrants to the customer that the device will under normal use function substantially in accordance with SOUNDBOKS' technical specifications or accompanying product documentation for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase.


Repair

The two-year limited consumer warranty starts from the day the Consumer receives the SOUNDBOKS. This warranty only covers repairs that need to be performed due to manufacturing errors and/or damage occurred during transport. SOUNDBOKS does not cover repairs needed due to hazardous use or excessive handling of the SOUNDBOKS by the customer.
